Cookie Policy

Mentionhub uses the smallest set of cookies needed to run the product. We don't use advertising cookies. We don't use third-party analytics cookies that profile you across the web.

Strictly necessary

• Clerk session cookies (__session, __client) — keep you signed in. Set by our authentication provider Clerk. Cannot be disabled if you want to use the app.
• Stripe billing cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) — fraud prevention on the checkout page. Set only when you visit the billing flow.

First-party preference

• Selected brand (localStorage mh.activeBrandId) — remembers which brand you had open last so the dashboard restores it next time.

Product analytics

We track aggregated, first-party page views (which dashboard pages are visited, in what order) to improve the product. This data does not leave our infrastructure. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar third-party trackers.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies via your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out of Mentionhub and reset your dashboard preferences.
