Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 May 2026 · Version 1.1

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Mentionhub. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. The service is operated by Mentionhub OÜ (“we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in Tallinn, Estonia (registry code 17503260, registered office Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn).

2. The service

Mentionhub is a brand-monitoring tool that indexes public mentions of brands you choose to track across press, broadcast, social media, AI assistants, and ad libraries. We provide aggregations, sentiment analysis, source attribution, and reach / earned-media-value estimates. We do not guarantee complete coverage of every public mention.

3. Plans, trial and billing

Plans renew monthly. The Starter plan offers a 7-day free trial without credit card. Growth and Pro plans require payment up-front; you can cancel any time and we'll refund the unused portion of the current month pro-rata. Prices are in EUR. VAT is calculated per-customer-location under the EU OSS scheme; B2B customers with a valid EU VAT ID are reverse-charged.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Intellectual property

We own the Mentionhub product, software, and aggregated outputs. The underlying mention content remains the property of its original publishers; our index links to the source and respects the source's terms. You retain ownership of brand keywords and configuration you provide.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with refund of any unused prepaid balance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are resolved by Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia, except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to your local courts.

10. Changes

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by email 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
